Membership Agreement
BILLING & AUTO-RENEWAL
Memberships automatically renew monthly unless canceled in writing at least 7 days prior to renewal.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in Mah Jongg activities.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I release Circle City Mahj from all claims arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted under Alabama law.
MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I confirm I am physically and mentally able to participate.
PHOTO & MEDIA PERMISSION
I allow Circle City Mahj to use photos or videos taken during classes or events for promotional purposes.

CODE OF CONDUCT & PAYMENTS
I agree to treat staff and fellow members with respect and to follow studio policies. Membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Circle City Mahj reserves the right to modify schedules, pricing, or policies with reasonable notice. Failure to follow studio policies or staff direction may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund. Staff decisions are final.
Membership includes a consent, release, and liability waiver applicable to all participation. This waiver remains in effect for all future visits unless revoked in writing.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
