2. Eligibility
Participation in Studio activities is limited to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements established by the Studio. By registering or participating, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts under Alabama law.
3. Memberships & Registrations
Memberships, class registrations, event bookings, and league participation are subject to availability.
Pricing, schedules, instructors, formats, and offerings may change at any time.
Membership benefits are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Payments & Refunds
All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the Membership Agreement or required by law.
Missed classes, events, or sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits unless explicitly stated.
5. Cancellations & Studio Changes
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes, events, leagues, or instructors due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we may issue credits or refunds at our discretion.
6. Conduct & Studio Rules
Participants agree to:
Follow Studio rules, policies, and instructor guidance
Behave respectfully toward staff and other participants
Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant without refund for violations of Studio policies or conduct standards.
7. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
Participation in Studio activities involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that your participation is governed by the Studio’s Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Waiver of Claims, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and materials, is the property of Circle City Mahj, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Communications Consent
